To make this smoothie, we only use 4 ingredients. Almond milk for base; half a banana for sweetness and to make our smoothies thick; raspberries for flavor, color and jam / jelly factor; and peanut butter to help fill us up and give it something extra perfect. I use about 3/4 cup of raspberries in my smoothie but if you prefer the stronger raspberry flavor, you can use 1 cup instead. This will also make the taste of peanut butter less noticeable. Either way - delicious and really up to you.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 medium-sized banana , ripe and yellow color (not green or brown)
- 3/4 cup cup raspberries , fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter * , use sugar free peanut butter for sugar free option
Manual
- Set all the ingredients in a liquidizer and immingle until unseamed.
